职位描述：	Responsibilities:              ．  Project  management  for  SAP  R/3  implementation         ．  Interface  to  SAP  implement  team  in  German  HQ  and  SAP  Company       ．  Prepare  training  materials  and  conduct  end-user  training         ．  SAP  integration  /  interface  to  other  SAP  /  non-SAP  systems         ．  Document  business  requirements,  functional  specifications,  testing  plans,       data  conversion  specifications         ．  Map  business  processes,  requirements  and  conduct  gap  analysis         ．  Transform  process  and  functional  requirements  into  technical  solutions         ．  Configure  and  customize  SAP  to  support  defined  business  scenarios         ．  Participate  in  go-live  and  post  go-live  support              Requirements:              ．  Degree  in  Finance/Information  Technology  related         ．  At  least  5  years  working  experience  with  not  less  than  2  years  SAP  experience         ．  Rich  experience  in  project  management  of  implementation  SAP  R3         ．  Good  interpersonal,  communication,  and  presentation  skills.       ．  Ability  to  work  independently.       ．  Being  able  to  travel.       ．  Good  command  of  verbal  and  written  English.
