| 职位描述： | General description:
In charge of management of producing process and establishment of quality assurance system (QWAY) to ensure that all products consistently meet IKEA specifications and national laws and local regulations, as well as development of new products. Responsibilities： 1.To develop producing process and review technical document regularly; 2.To supervise the producing process to ensure that all the work compliant with quality standards; 3.To establish test standards for raw material, semi-manufactured goods and finished goods in order to ensure they are carried out completely; 4.To collect information related to quality, analyze and make continual improvement of quality; 5.To establish and maintain quality assurance system(QWAY) to ensure that plant manufacturing practice is compliant with requirement of IKEA quality; 6.To ensure that all technical and quality document are timely received and distributed to related department and kept fully updated; 7.To treat with claim about quality, analysis, take corrective actions and review the documents of quality in order to minimize the probability of happening again; 8.In charge of evaluating the producing quality of co-workers; 9.To optimize the process to cut cost and improve working efficiency; 10.To train employee about IKEA policy and working knowledge; 11.To support co-worker on technical issue; 12.To complete the job assigned by GM. Qualifications： 1.Bachelor degree or above majored in furniture related fields 2.Minimum 8 years working experience and 3+years on management position 3. Be familiar with wooden furniture manufacturing process, production theory and national laws and local regulations; 4. Good leadershipcommunication skill 5.Be good at interpersonal skills and team building, strong responsibility for job |
