| 职位描述： | Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for the technical aspects of the product, i.e. Safe to use, Good & Healthy, Durable& Functional and Customer-friendly. *Determine and describe basic product requirements, create, update and approve necessary technical documentation. * Quality assures, in all aspects, new products by testing/approval (Risk assessment and E-wheel assessment), evaluation of newly started production, preventive actions, product audit and corrective actions. * Monitor and analyze the quality situation of existing products and initiate corrective actions. * Continuously develop new technical solutions in order to improve customer benefits and decrease costs. * Be updated on new material and techniques within his/her competence area. Knowledge: * Good competence in construction, materials, technical drawing, documentation and communication. * Good knowledge of production conditions and goods flow. * Good knowledge and understanding in requirements, incl. laws and standards connected to his/her product or material area. * Good technical education or working experience. * Fluent in English both written and oral. * Experience of PC and CAD programs. * Adequate knowledge about customers’ needs and products’ functions. Capabilities: * Overall perspective and understanding of the technical aspects to the total business. * Problem-solving approach and innovative thinking. * Decision making ability. * Communication skills, willingness to share knowledge and delegate responsibility. * Willingness and ability to work in teams with colleagues from all parts of the Supply Chain, external companies and different cultures. * Ability to create structure, organize and carry through projects. |
