| 职位描述: | ·Drives growth and profit of RA in applications by working closely with customers R&D functions, sales and BU R&D to optimize our products for the customers‘ applications.

| 职位描述: | ·Be responsible for quality control to machining, grinding, horning and other mechanical processes and components produced.
·Manage quality technician, quality inspector with direct report to. ·Participate in internal auditing, and support auditing to component suppliers. Key Tasks: ·Monitor and guide the function of quality technician (2nd QCC) and quality inspector. ·Be responsible for training, daily job arrangement and performance evaluation of quality technician (2nd QCC) and quality inspector. ·Define and maintain quality control methods. ·Maintain and update inspection instructions and failure catalogues. ·Determine types/quantities/checking item/frequency/measure device for routine and lab tests. ·Participate in defining and updating PFMEA and control plan. ·Support process flow design and work instructions preparation. ·Participate in analysis to product‘s characteristics (comprehensive investigations). ·Make a detailed analysis in case of quality deviations: process analysis, routine and lab tests, customer complaints, 6s statistics, complaints to suppliers. ·Evaluate presents results from investigations. ·Initiate or cooperate in process or product improvements. ·Initiate complaints against suppliers together with Incoming Inspection (e.g. stopping of parts, release of stopped parts).Participate in internal auditing, and support auditing to component suppliers. Qualifications: ·Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechanical manufacturing, or similar. ·5 years or above working experience in machining technique application. Experience in using CNC and complex measurement systems (3D CMM, roundness, surface roughness etc.) is preferred. ·Customer service-oriented and open minded, co-operative attitude to achieve a common solution through team work, good ability to make effective and efficient communication, very responsive and trustworthy. ·Good English speaking and written ability and be able to understand technical English. |
